Creative Writing Ink

Creative Writing Ink has launched a fantastic new website at with online creative writing courses, services, competitions and resources.

creative_writing_incThe site provides an array of online classes such as Beginners Creative Writing, tailored to suit a complete novice, as well as intermediate and advanced courses, suitable for someone who would like to get back into a creative writing routine. It also offers assistance in the form of proofreading and critique services. If you would like to work one-to-one with a published writer, there is a writing mentor service and for those with an interest in self-publishing, Creative Writing Ink offers guidance with regard to cover design, marketing and more.

Creative Writing Ink is run by Olive O’Brien, a writer and publisher. Olive has a Masters Degree in Journalism and previously worked as a features writer and news reporter. She has had three children’s books published and is the director of the independent book publishing company, Silver Angel Publishing.

Alphaville: Journal of Film and Screen Media, Issue 7 – Corporeal Cinema

Abby Keating, co-founding editor and web designer of Alphaville: Journal of Film and Screen Media, has announced the publication of a new special themed issue on Corporeal Cinema, which can be accessed by clicking on the below image. Alphaville is a fully peer-reviewed online journal edited and published by staff, PhD and postdoctoral researchers in Film and Screen Media at University College Cork, Ireland.
